6 - 8 potatoes, sliced and unpeeled
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 cut - up chicken
1/4 c. water
Arrange chicken in middle of large oblong casserole dish. Layer potatoes around chicken, sprinkling onion soup mix between layers. Place remaining soup mix over chicken. Pour water over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
