1 ripe mango
1 ripe papaya
3 figs
4 kiwi fruits
1 small pineapple
4 tbsp dark rum
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
200g/7¼oz low-fat plain yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp caster sugar

2 tbsp olive oil
½ red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 tsp tomato purée
½ pear, grated
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 tsp white wine vinegar
pinch of salt

2 tsp white wine
110g/4oz oats
¼ (approx.) pint of milk
splash of double cream
drizzle of honey
